I agree with this idea Dr. Preeti. However, we all make mistakes-even the ones who are diligent in their work. Lets say if someone points out a mistake in your Excel sheet, it is important to handle them properly and not take it personally. We must note that work criticism should be treated as a part of your work life and not to be taken to the heart.
