Managing data efficiently is important for businesses and professionals. As someone who frequently deals with a large number of Excel workbooks, I faced a daunting task of merging multiple excel files into a single consolidated workbook. This process was not only time-consuming but also prone to errors. However, my search for a solution led me to discover the power of VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) and its ability to automate workbook merging in Excel. In this piece, I would like to share my personal experience and how and why I designed code that helped me overcome the challenges of merging multiple workbooks. I will also share the exact script that I used in this article.
